Stretch Sequence

Neck Release

Gently drop your right ear toward your right shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on the left side. This releases tension in your neck and upper shoulders.

Shoulder Rolls

Roll your shoulders backward 5 times, then forward 5 times. Move slowly and feel the release in your upper back and shoulder joints.

Seated Spinal Twist

Sit tall and place your right hand on the back of your chair. Gently twist to the right, looking over your shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on the left.

Wrist Circles

Extend your arms and make circles with your wrists, 10 times in each direction. Perfect for relieving strain from typing and mouse work.

Seated Forward Fold

Let your upper body fold forward over your thighs. Let your arms hang toward the floor. Hold for one minute and feel your spine lengthen.

Ankle Rolls

Lift one foot slightly off the ground and make circles with your ankle. 10 times each direction, then switch feet. Improves circulation in your legs.
